DION’S STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: NORAH HOLLADAY, SANTA FE HIGH SCHOOL
Each month, we shine a light on a New Mexico student whose story goes beyond the scoreboard—where passion, purpose, and perseverance come together. This is your Dion’s Student Spotlight.
This month, we head to Santa Fe High School, where one senior is making her mark in more ways than one. On the court, she thrives in volleyball, embracing the energy, connection, and chemistry of a team. On the track, she finds something different—an individual challenge that pushes her to compete not just against others, but within herself.
But her impact doesn’t stop with athletics.
She’s also a leader in her school’s Restorative Practice Program, helping create a culture rooted in understanding, accountability, and care. It’s a space where students are heard, where growth replaces judgment, and where communication comes without blame or shame. “We help them create a safe space when they need it,” she said. Looking ahead, she plans to pursue a degree in psychology—continuing her passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and understood.
“No matter where I am, I always know I have someone I can go to,” she shared.
