DRAGONFLY & MAXPREPS SCHEDULE CHECK
Athletic Directors, please go into your DragonFly and MaxPreps accounts and make sure that your football, volleyball and soccer schedules match. It is extremely important for scheduling officials, seeding & selection and MaxPreps rankings. Also make sure those schedules match any schedule posted on your school website.

2022 NMAA/NMADA FALL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The 2022 NMAA & NMADA Fall Leadership Conference will take place September 25-26 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Albuquerque.  The conference will feature several NIAAA Leadership Training Courses on Sunday the 25th along with a general session for mid school athletic directors and additional networking opportunities during the NMADA Social.  Monday the 26th will then feature numerous professional development opportunities along with the NMAA’s Annual Report & Meeting of Schools – these sessions are mandatory as each school must be represented by their athletic director or designee.  Full Conference information along with the registration form can be found on the main page of the NMAA website.  If you have questions pertaining to the 2022 Fall Conference, please contact NMAA Assistant Director Tammy Richards at (505) 923-3278 or tammy@nmact.org.

NMAA HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS
We are currently seeking nominations for the NMAA Hall of Fame.  The nomination form for the NMAA Hall of Fame can be found by clicking here. Nominations are due by September 23rd, 2022. If you have any questions about this award please contact Chris Kedge at chris@nmact.org.

MEMBER SCHOOL’S “OFFICIAL VOTER” DESIGNATION
NMAA Bylaw 3.12.1 states “The administrative head of each member school, with local Board of Education approval, appoints the “Official Voter” for the school. The “Official Voter” is the school’s voting representative for all matters pertaining to the business of the NMAA when the referendum is required.” NMAA Bylaw 3.9.2 requires that the “Official Voter”, and other staff information, is posted on MaxPreps on or before September 16. MEMBERSHIP DUES, FEES AND CONTRACTS

HUDL VIDEO UPLOAD
Athletic Directors, please remind your football coaches to have their games uploaded to Hudl  following their contests. The deadline for games played on Thursday and Friday is 1 p.m. on Saturday. For games on Saturday, the deadline is 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.

MAXPREP SCORES
Reminder to input your final score into MaxPreps as soon as possible, following your contest. Having an accurate schedule on MaxPreps with the final score is vital to the seeding & selection process for State Championships.

COMPETE WITH CLASS SCHOLARSHIP
The New Mexico Activities Association, in conjunction with the NMAA Foundation, will be awarding a maximum of eight (8) $1,000 Compete with Class scholarships during the 2022-2023 school year.  Awards will be given to students that best exemplify the three pillars of the Compete with Class sportsmanship initiative – Respect, Integrity, and Responsibility.  Recipients will be selected by the NMAA Foundation Board of Directors based on recommendations from the NMAA and its member schools.
