HEALTH AND SAFETY SELF-AUDIT
Athletic Directors, the Health and Safety Self-Audit is due October 15. In order to host state events, schools must submit this form with verification that they have emergency action plans in place for all of their athletic facilities and also have an accessible AED. The form can be found at the link below. For questions regarding the Health & Safety Self-Audit please email Scott Owen at s.owen@nmact.org.

NMSBA Regional Meetings
NMAA Executive Director Dusty Young, Associate Director Scott Owen and Assistant Director Gary Allison will attend the Fall Regional Meetings around the state in conjunction with NM School Board Association. The NMAA will present a report on the NMAA to Superintendents and School Board Members.

Meetings are scheduled as follows:
Region III – October 6 – Clayton HS – 5:30 p.m.
Region VII – October 7 – Hondo – 5:30 p.m.

NMAA MIDDLE SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY INVITE
The NMAA Middle School Cross Country Invite is October 17th at Rio Rancho HS. Race times are 4:30 p.m. (Boys) and 5:00 p.m. (Girls) Tickets for the event can be purchased at the link below. NO CASH SALES.

TEAM PHOTO POSTING DEADLINES
Per NMAA bylaw 3.9.3, team photos must be posted to MaxPreps team pages for Cross Country, Football, Soccer and Volleyball. These photos should be posted at least three weeks prior to the beginning of the State Championships. Failure to do so will subject the school to a $250.00 fine per program.

NMAA HALL OF FAME NOMINATIONS BEING ACCEPTED

Nominations for the NMAA Hall of Fame are now being accepted. Click the link below for the form and criteria requirements. Nominations are due by December 1st.

HUDL VIDEO UPLOAD
Athletic Directors, please remind your football coaches to have their games uploaded to Hudl following their contests. The deadline for games played on Thursday and Friday is 1 p.m. on Saturday. For games on Saturday, the deadline is 10 a.m. on Sunday morning.
