MORE SIGNINGS AND COMMITMENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETES

Here are some of the recent signings and college commitments from high school student athletes in New Mexico.

 

Sanaa Kobi Keeswood of Shiprock High School signed her letter of intent to play basketball at Cochise College in Douglas, Arizona.

Kayla Avalos of Mayfield High School signed to play basketball at Park University, an NAIA school in Gilbert, Arizona.  Avalos led Mayfield in scoring and rebounding last season.

Brandon Saiz and Chano Herrera from Capital High School, along with Jordan Campos of Santa Fe High School, all signed their letter of intent to play basketball at Northern New Mexico College.

 

Diego Hernandez of Gadsden High School also recently committed to Northern New Mexico College.  Hernandez averaged over 24 points a game last season.

 

Clovis quarterback Jaden Phillips recently posted on social media: “After a lot of thinking and a lot of talking with my family, I am proud and excited to announce that I will be re-committing to The University of New Mexico”
