Football - Schedule Submission

It is once again the time of year for the submission of football schedules and officials’ exclusions for the upcoming season. Please note that the process by which we will receive your varsity football schedule is the same as last year (excel spreadsheet), however, the submission of officials' exclusions will be completed in a different matter.

OFFICIALS EXCLUSIONS:
Click here to download the Officials Exclusion Document. The process for excluding officials from officiating at your school has been changed. In the past, you were issued a list of officials from throughout the state and were allowed to place a “3” next to the names of any official you did not wish to have at your school.

The new process is to utilize this form if you wish to exclude an official from officiating a contest for your team/school. Each school is allowed to exclude 5% of the officials in each region of the state. You must provide a narrative statement within the context of one or more of the “Categories for Justification of Exclusion” in order for your exclusions to be considered.

Click here to download the spreadsheet for the submission of your VARSITY football schedule. You are to enter the following information FOR YOUR HOME GAMES ONLY on the spreadsheet and send it back to Dana Sanchez via email at dsanchez@nmact.org:
Date, Time, Home, Visitor and Location.

The following is an example of how your entries should look:

Please note that the date should be in the format MM/DD/YYYY. The time should be X:XX a.m./p.m. Do not include “High School” after the school name, as is shown above. Only designate a level if you are a Varsity team hosting a JV or C-team. Please complete the schedule spreadsheet and email it back to our office no later than May 1, 2009. The schedules will only be accepted if submitted via email on the attached spreadsheet. Again, only submit your home games, as your opponent will submit any games for which you are the visitor.
