Ejection Application Submit

Now that you have completed the reading of the Pursuing Victory With Honor materials, please submit the following information to the appropriate person (i.e. your school Athletic Director if you are a player or Randy Adrian, NMAA Assistant Director, at randy@nmact.org if you are a coach or other school personnel).  If you are submitting your material via email, include the subject title "Online Ejection."

If you wish to return to the Pursuing Victory With Honor materials at any time, simply click on the "BACK ARROW" at the top of your screen.

ALL of the following information must be included in order to complete this process:

1) Name (First and Last)
2) School
3) Position
4) Date of Ejection
5) Reason for Ejection
6) Please write a 250 word summary in response to the following:
    (a) Define in your own words, the SIX PILLARS of Character. (b) Which pillars can you improve upon (give examples) in relation to the sport you are involved in and your position (i.e. coach, administrator, player).

Coaches/school personnel should email Randy Adrian at randy@nmact.org with the subject title "Online Ejection".  Players should give their written information to their school Athletic Director.

NOTE:  If an individual who has been ejected fails to complete this process, they will not be allowed to participate after their one game suspension.
