The New Mexico Activities Association is pleased to announce that reserved seat ticket sales for the 2010 First Community Bank State Basketball Tournament, presented by Farmers Insurance Group® have begun! Eighty teams, both boys and girls, will advance to the quarterfinals beginning on March 9th. Reserved seat ticket holders only have until Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010 to redeem their tickets. Tickets can be redeemed by contacting Jackie Gallegos at the NMAA at 505.923.3110.
Reserved seat tournament pass tickets will go on sale to the general public for $125.00 per pass on Monday, Jan. 25, 2010 at 8:00 AM.
Advance Ticket Sales will end at 3:00 pm on Monday, March 8th, 2010. Individual game tickets can only be purchased at the facility on the day of the game, no more than two hours prior to the first game.
This year’s tournament will take place March 9-13, 2010, and will consist of 70 games. Of the 70 games, 38 will take place in “The Pit”, 24 will take place in the Santa Ana Star Center, and 8 are scheduled for Bernalillo High School.
At a rate of $125, you can purchase a reserved seat at “The Pit,” along with entry into all games at the other sites listed above beginning on March 9th; as well as all first round games on March 5th (Girls First Round) and March 6th (Boys First Round). This “tournament pass” will also give you re-entry privileges at all games and sites. Each pass holder will be able to claim a free commemorative event program upon arriving at “The Pit” (programs cannot be claimed at venues other than “The Pit”).
